The conventional flow boom has a unique internal swivel to allow the delivery of 2 different fluids simultaneously. This design eliminates the use of multiple hoses to deliver the fluid to the boom, greatly reducing the cost of the hoses and the costly environmental damages and safety issues.

For our standard flow boom design. We are able to deliver simultaneously up to 156 cubic meters an hour. The boom is fitted with a 2 Ton winch for hose handling. The system have the following specifications

Boom Length:  24m
Min Working radius:  7.5m
Reach at 15 deg elevation:  23.5m
Reach at 70 deg elevation:  12m
Height jib end to deck(70 deg):  25.2m
Max elevation:  75 deg
Slewing section:  360 deg

The LNG bunkering boom design, takes into consideration the safety of handling cryogenic fluid. Pipes, hoses are designed such that pressure drop is reduced, which minimises the possibilities of heating the LNG. This minimises issues with LNG entering the of the receiving vessel. The boom may be fitted with vapour return system where required.

LNG bunkering boom is also designed in consideration of cryogenic fuel leakage, hence the necessary precautions are taken to prevent damaging the booms or the deck of the vessels.
