Harbour / Escort Tug Winch

Our winches are designed with operational safety and reliability in mind. It is built on strong sturdy frame and are designed to withstand sudden shocks and tension experienced during towing operations.

The options deliverable is dependent on the operational requirements, These include auto rope render-recover features for escort operations, rope length and tension readout. These winches are fitted with an emergency release system deployed under 3 seconds even during dead-ship with both brake and drive engaged. Wheelhouse and local control for the winch are fitted.

Single and double drum configuration with gypsy are available. Manual or hydraulic actuated drum brakes, with mechanical, mechanical friction clutch engaging the winch drives.

The winch are available with a maximum line pull of up to 100 ton and with a brake holding of up to 200 ton.
