CUSTOM ENGINEERED PROJECTS
WATER CONTROL GATES HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
This system was built for the marina at a residential area in Sentosa Island. It is used to control the tides at the marina.
SPECIAL CRANES FOR MRT PROJECTS
This crane was built to lift the heavy concrete viaducts at the construction site for the Singapore MRT system.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT SYNCHRONISED ELEVATOR
Synchronised elevator are built to lift heavy equipment of up to 120 tons at the height of 1.5M for the clearance of the trailer for loading and unloading where there are constraints to heavy lifting cranes.
SCISSOR LIFT
Built for SIA Engineering for the lifting of Boeing turbine engines and as a working platform for maintenance, services and repairs of these engines.
SELF-ELEVATING BRIDGE
These self-elevating bridge was built over a river which are able to be raised when the boat move across from one side to the other.
ENCAPSULATION PRESSES
These high precision hydraulic encapsulation presses are built for moulding integrated circuit chips. The press configurations range from 25 tons to 200 tons each with 2 to 8 chases for each run of IC chips. Zicom had supplied this presses to worldwide chips maker such as Intel, Motorola, Micron, SG Thomson, Kemet, Amcor and many others leaders of these industries.
HYDRAULIC PRESSES
These 3500 tons hydraulic press was built to press thick steel of up to 100mm thickness in the shipbuilding and heavy industries.
