Launch & Recovery System (Not in use)
We deliver Launch and Recovery System for a variety of operations. These are not limited to the following:
- Diving Bell Handling
- ROV Handling, with/without TMS
- A-frames
- A-frame winches, with/without active heave compensated system
Most of the system have traditionally been delivered with hydraulic drive system. Currently we are able to deliver them with electrical drives. These offers more economical power requirements translating into smaller installed power. The option of electrical drives bring about lesser risk of hydraulic oil leakage to the environment and the benefit of less frequent and easier drive maintenance. The electrical drive system has an overall smaller footprint as well as installation weight. These factors made the system easier to design as a fixed installation or as a retrofit/temporary installation onboard vessels.
