Reel Drive System (Not in use)

We deliver Reel Drive System to support reels of up to 500T. These system are designed to support offshore renewable, pil & gas industries worldwide. We are currently delivering systems of up to 500T, with Reel diameter of up to 12.4m. The system consists of the following:

1. Reel Drive Tower, adaptable for different flange to flange width and height adjustable to adapt for different Reel Diameter.
2. Drive system designed for delivering the tension required to spool or unspool the reel, with sufficient considerations for the drum inertia.
3. Tracking system allowing the tower to be shifted for handling multiple Reels on land or onboard vessels.
